All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we will inform you by email.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping under specific promotional conditions. Any such conditions will be clearly communicated on the website or at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Belgium: 1 to 3 business days
The Netherlands: 2 to 4 business days
Other EU countries: 3 to 7 business days

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. If tracking is available, it will be included in that email.

For shipments within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply.

For shipments outside the European Union, TAKE 7 BV is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes or additional charges applied by local authorities. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.


  1. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. TAKE 7 BV is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


  1. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@gimalis.com so we can assess and resolve the issue.
