Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at hello@gimalis.com within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase must be provided
Due to hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that show signs of wear, deodorant marks, makeup stains, perfume scent or any visible signs of use.
Items sent back without prior notice will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the goods.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or product, please return your item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process the refund.
